Inspired Teaching School Afterschool Dance

Exploring Dance with District Dance Arts

What is dance, who can do it, and how? Students will form their own answers to these questions as they explore movement concepts such as body, space, time, action, and energy. Dancers will build a vocabulary from modern, jazz, and ballet techniques, and will collaborate to create a dance of their own to show what they know! Classes are suitable for boys and girls who are new to dance or have had previous dance experience. Classes are held onsite at the school.
